- Once your order is placed, it will be processed promptly by our team.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Shipping:
- We offer shipping Nationwide In South Africa where shipping is available
- Shipping rates may vary depending on the shipping destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.
- Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Our door-to-door courier services
Delivery costs:
- Gauteng R250
- Ouside of Gauteng R350
Estimated shipping times:
- Gauteng: 1-2 business days
- outside Gauteng Main centres: 3-4 business days
- outlying areas: 4-6 business days
Please note: our courier partners can only deliver to street addresses . If our couriers can’t deliver to your address we’ll contact you to make alternative arrangements.
There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. Our courier partners will deliver to your physical address, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
You are welcome to collect orders directly from us. Simply select the “Pick-up” option presented during online checkout.
Collection hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 10am-4pm
- Fridays: 10am-3:00pm
- Closed: weekends and public holidays
After placing your order please be email us at, sales@esseentialproducts.co.za to let us know that you are personally arranging for courier collection of your parcel. In your email please make sure to include your order number, the courier company name and a copy of the waybill provided by your courier.
Please note:
For security/logistical reasons we are unable to hand-off your parcel to independent couriers without first having a copy of the waybill.

Orders for collection still need to be placed and paid for using our online store (secure checkout). Once your order payment is received we will begin packing your order. You’ll receive an automated email the moment your order is ready for pick-up.

You’ll receive automated shipping updates by email , if you have opted-in.

Stock delays:
Any order including a product purchased with a “Stock Delay” (found listed on relevant product pages) will be subject to said delay prior to shipping. Please take said delay into account when placing your order.
Unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, load shedding, hijacking or strike action could also prolong the delivery time. It’s rare, but it can happen. If you are in any way concerned about the current location of your parcel and ETA of delivery, please contact us with your order details so that we can follow up for you. We’re here to help.
Damaged parcels or items:
If you don’t receive your parcel in good condition, or if any item is broken or damaged, please let us know within 2 days of your delivery so that we can offer prompt assistance.
If an item is damaged then we will gladly assist with getting a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
We ask that you take photographs of the damaged item and/or parcel as soon as it’s received and forward these to our customer service team as soon as possible.
